PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive resin composition having high heat conductivity making good use of the high heat conductivity which aluminum nitride has in the heat-conductive resin composition containing an aluminum nitride powder, and a highly heat-conductive member such as a sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The sheet comprises a resin composition including the aluminum nitride powder (A) having a maximum particle size of a mode value in a particle size distribution measured on a weight basis and a shape of the sphere, and a synthetic resin (B).
