A pavement for manhole repair by using coal digested pitch is provided to improve plasticity, waterproofness, adiabatic ability, compressive strength, and bending strength of a target region to be repaired. A pavement for manhole repair is prepared by a mixture of 10-20wt% of two-part epoxy resin composition and 80-90wt% of silica, in which the two-part epoxy resin composition consists of 65-75wt% of an epoxy compound as a main material and 25-35wt% of a hardener. The epoxy compound consists of 8-12wt% of coal digested pitch, 78-88wt% of epoxy resin, 0.3-0.7wt% of a reactive diluent, 3-8wt% of a filler, and 0.7-1.5wt% of a fluid modifier. The hardener consists of 1-3w% of urea-formaldehyde resin, 76-83wt% of amine, 0.8-1.5wt% of a curing accelerator, 11.2-14.5wt% of a filler, and 4-5wt% of a fluid modifier.
