PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature/humidity exchanger for a fuel cell having a simple constitution.

SOLUTION: The temperature/humidity exchanger for the fuel cell 100 has a laminated structure of an assembly 30 including a membrane 20 and a support plate 10 to support the membrane 20, and is obtained by forming gas flow passages 32, 33 between neighboring assemblies 30. The support plate 10 is obtained by forming a frame to form the outer shell as an integral member while demarcating a plurality of temperature/humidity exchanging ports penetrating in the laminating direction of the assembly 30 inside. The supply gas flow passage 32 is located on one face side of the assembly 30 while the discharge gas flow passage 33 is located on the other face side.
