PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of a person on a non-life insurance side while reducing registration errors caused by operation errors by reducing the complicated operation of the person on the life-insurance side associating accident information stored on the life-insurance side with image data transmitted to the non-life insurance side from a repair shop.

SOLUTION: A maintenance shop terminal 31 of a maintenance shop side system 30 is configured to acquire characters showing automobile registration information from a plurality of image data stored in an external medium 33, to compute the recognition rate of automobile registration information of the plurality of acquired image data, to select automobile registration information acquired from the image data based on the computed recognition rate and to transmit transmission data including the selected automobile registration information and the plurality of image data, to a non-life insurance side system 20 through a network 40.
