<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the insertion of an implant while retaining the expanded state of a cleft. <P>SOLUTION: This spreader 1 for high tibial osteotomy which is inserted into a cleft formed in the deformed femur or tibia of a patient with gonarthrosis, expands the cleft and forms a space for inserting an implant, is provided with two pairs of swinging members 2a, 2b and 3a, 3b relatively swingably connected to each other by hinge parts 6 and 7 disposed at the distal end, and two opening/closing mechanisms 4 and 5 opening/closing the two pairs of swinging members 2a, 2b and 3a, 3b around the axes of the hinge parts 6 and 7 respectively; and the two pairs of swinging members 2a, 2b and 3a, 3b are detachably assembled in the axial directions of the hinge parts 6 and 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
