PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify at least either a mobile body or an approaching vehicle of the presence of one's own vehicle. SOLUTION: When a main switch 18 is ON, a CPU 35 turns ON a switch 19, acquires images from visible light cameras 11-1 to 11-4 and infrared cameras 12-1 to 12-4, respectively, sets a dead zone, discriminates a pedestrian and discriminates approach of a vehicle. The CPU 35 turns on switches 20-22 when presence of a pedestrian in the dead zone and approach of a vehicle is determined. A hazard controller 15 flashes hazard lamps 14-1 to 14-4 and projectors 13-1 and 13-2 to project an image and a stop line image composed of a stop line image, a pedestrian crossing, and "STOP" on road surfaces in the front of the pedestrian and in the front of the approaching vehicle, respectively.
