PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and user-friendly fire alarm system for a residence, operating the information of an environment created by the user's behavior and output signals of a plurality of fire alarms with different operation principles in association with each other, reducing the possibility of generation of a wrong alarm under the environment, and continuing to monitor fire. SOLUTION: This fire alarm system comprises a plurality of fire detection parts with different operation principles, an environment information selection part which selects environment information, an alarm generation part which issues an alarm to the outside, and a signal processing part to which output signals from the fire detection part and output signals from the environment information selection part are input and which operates so that the output signal from a predetermined fire detection part of the plurality of fire detection parts is validated according to respective environment information selected by the environment information selection part, and outputs an alarm generation signal to the alarm generation part.
