A motor-driven cart is provided to prevent a loaded article from being damaged by alleviating vertical vibrations and provide comfort to an user. A motor-driven cart includes a one-wheel, a one-wheel driving motor, an auto gear transmission part of two-stage, a battery, an auxiliary wheel of one foot(5), and a rear wheel driving motor(6). The auxiliary wheel of one foot supports weight of the rear. The rear wheel driving motor lifts and lowers the auxiliary wheel of one foot. When a driving button of the motor-driven cart is on, the auxiliary wheel of one foot is lowered. When the driving button of the motor-driven cart is off, the auxiliary wheel of one foot is lifted.
