PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding sheet which can be simply and surely joined electrically, also never distorts an electronic part due to a load applied from one direction, and in which electrical junction member existing between an element represented by a metal ball and an electrical wiring for grinding does not need to be cut off, and an electronic part grinding device. SOLUTION: The holding sheet is provided with a thin sheet base material, a first holding part and a second holding part which have connection parts connecting to the sheet base material and tip parts being a free end, which are arranged so that the tip parts oppose each other, and which have flexibility, and an electrode contact point member which is provided at at least either of the first holding part and the second holding part and which is connected electrically to the electrode part of the electronic part, the electrode contact point member is contacted to the electrode part, also, the electronic part is held between the first holding part and the second holding part while the first holding part and the second holding part are bent.
