The invention relates to a composite plate (1) consisting of two shells (2) which are welded together, each of the two shells (2) representing composite mouldings produced by means of back-moulding, back-stamping, back-compression or back-injection compression moulding, and each comprising: a metallic layer (3) as an outer layer; an undercloth which has an open structure and is connected to the metallic layer (3) by means of a cross-linked glue layer; and a plastic material (6) as an essentially rigid carrier which is connected to the undercloth by means of a composite material. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a composite plate. |
