<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain consistency between log image data of an input job and a job document ID of log information of an output job, in a document management server. <P>SOLUTION: The image output apparatus has a network interface for outputting an image generated, based on a job for inputting an image. The apparatus comprises a means for registering generated image data, based on a received new job; a first transmission means for sending the registered image data and input log information which describe identification information identifying the data and show that inputting of the job has been carried out, and for registering them in a job log management server; a second transmission means for transmission the output log information which describe the identification information for identifying an output image, and for registering it in the job management server for conducting an output processing of the registered image data; and a third transmission means for sending the image data shown with the identification information to be registered in the job management server, upon the receipt of a request of the image data shown with the identification information from the job management server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
