PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable film having anisotropy even without compounding a non-stretchable material and having flexibility. SOLUTION: The stretchable film having specific characteristics is obtained as follows. An aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer composition comprising (a) 35-95 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer having≥2 specific aromatic vinyl polymer blocks, (b) 0-60 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl conjugated diene diblock copolymer and (c) 2-50 wt.% of a polyisoprene having a weight-average molecular weight thereof within a specified range is extruded. In the aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer composition, the content of aromatic vinyl monomer units based on the total amount of the components (a) and (b) is 22-45 wt.%.
