A feed-through multilayer capacitor is provided to increase an ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) by dividing a ground inner electrode into first and second ground inner electrodes which are complementarily connected to a ground terminal electrode. At least two signal terminal electrodes(1,2) are arranged on an outer surface of a condenser element(L1). At least one ground terminal electrode(3,4) is arranged on the outer surface of the condenser element. At least one connection conductor(7-10) is arranged on the outer surface of the condenser element. The condenser element includes an insulation layer, a signal inner electrode, and first and second ground inner electrodes. The signal inner electrode is connected to the signal terminal electrodes. The first ground inner electrode is connected to the connection conductor. The second ground inner electrode is connected to the ground terminal electrode and the connection conductor.
