A structure for installing a transmission oil cooler for a vehicle is provided to prevent a condenser from being excessively damaged due to an impact of the transmission oil cooler by stably mounting the transmission oil cooler at a front end module. A structure for installing a transmission oil cooler for a vehicle comprises a longitudinal bracket(40), an oil cooler bracket(30a), a transverse bracket(60), a fixing bracket(50) for fixing the upper portion of an oil cooler, and an oil cooler bracket additionally installed at a side of a transmission oil cooler(20). The longitudinal bracket(40), the oil cooler bracket(30a) and the transverse bracket(60) are coupled to a front end module(10). The upper extension portion of the longitudinal bracket(40) is connected to the transmission oil cooler(20) with the oil cooler brackets. The fixing bracket(50) has a front end coupled to the front end module(10) with a bolt and a center welded to the transmission oil cooler(20).
