The invention relates to a lid of cooking utensils, which lid liquefies, cools down vapours and volatile substances produced by cooking utensils during cooking and retains the liquefied vapours so that cooked meal (chiefly sauces and fried food) is dehydrated. Water is used as a cooling means stored into said lid. Other extra specifications possibly designed are: sufficient capacity in stored water, thermometer, timer, meal stirrer, conventional lid, handles, and shape accomodating insertion into other utensils for easy storage. |
