An electricity detecting and outputting sensor is provided to improve a safety level of an electrical apparatus by detecting a fault current or a stoppage of an electrical current during operation of the electrical apparatus. An electricity detecting and outputting sensor(10) includes a sensor(20) and an output unit(30). The sensor detects a stoppage of an electrical current or a fault current(100). At a situation of the stoppage of the electrical current, the output unit outputs a charging power. The sensor detects the fault current. A selection switch is parallel-connected with the sensor. When the selection switch is turned on, the sensor detects the fault current. When the selection switch is turned off, the sensor detects the stoppage of the electrical current. A transmitter and a receiver are included in the sensor which is remotely controlled by a user.
