<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method of an optical disk or the like in which deterioration of a recording material in a start edge and a terminal edge of a recording region of the optical disk can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the recording method of the optical disk in which recording and reproducing are performed for the optical disk having intermittent recording areas 116a to 116f in which data is recorded, when data is recorded, an adjacent region of the recording area is irradiated with power 132 of light being larger than power 133 of light used for reproduction, also a position at which irradiation is started is a area other than data area in which data is recorded, or a position at which irradiation is finished is a region other than the data area in which data is recorded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
