An organophotoreceptor is provided to inhibit a temporal change caused by photo-fatigue and thermal fatigue when being repetitively used. An organophotoreceptor includes a conductive supporter, an underlayer, a charge generating layer, and a charge transport layer. The underlayer comprises a metal oxide and an antioxidant dispersed in a binder. The charge generating layer comprises a phthalocyanine-based pigment. The antioxidant is a phenol-based antioxidant, a phosphite-based antioxidant or a mixture thereof. The antioxidant is contained in an amount of 0.01-20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the binder.
