A health drink containing an extract of Vitex rotundifolia, Capsella seed and Plantago seed, Anisi stellati fructus, clove and Gardenia seed is provided to be effective for improving eye health. A health drink effective for improving eye health is prepared by putting 400 to 600g Vitex rotundifolia, 400 to 600g Capsella seed, 400 to 600g Plantago seed, 300 to 500g Anisi stellati fructus, 200 to 400g clove, 250 to 450g Gardenia seed and 55 to 75L drinking water into a vessel, heating at 80 to 100deg.C for 1 to 2hr and mixing 98 to 99.5% by weight of the herbal extract and 0.5 to 2% by weight of Dryobalanops aromatica.
