A system and a method for displaying AD(ADvertisement) corresponding to a search term by using an extended keyword, and an AD providing server and a user terminal thereof are provided to display a search result page, which is received by using the extended keyword or is received from a search engine, on a screen and display the AD corresponding to the search term of a user on the search result page. An AD register(21) registers the search term, an AD condition, and an AD URL(Uniform Resource Locator) providing an AD file from an advertiser. A search term list generator generates/stores a search term list including the search term of a user, the extended keywords related to the search term, and the AD URL. A search term hooker(34) hooks the search term received from the user. A search information extractor(35) extracts an encoded keyword and the search site of the search term from a search result URL received from the search engine. An extended keyword searcher(36) searches the matched extended keywords from the search term list by using the search term or the encoded keyword. An AD URL selector(38) extracts the AD URL corresponding to the searched extended keyword and selects the AD URL matched with the AD condition. An AD file downloader(39) downloads the AD file from the selected AD URL and an AD file display unit(391) displays the AD file to a determined AD location.
