A radial type sprinkler is provided to control the spraying direction and opening/closing of a nozzle freely by rotating a spraying nozzle cylinder to prevent first and second holes from corresponding to each other, if not in the spraying position. In a radial type sprinkler comprising a frame(20) equipped with moving wheels(30) at the lower side and a length adjustable handle(10) installed at the frame and provided with plural spraying nozzles(63), an inverse U-shaped pipe(40) connected to a supply pipe feeding spraying liquid is installed at the upper side of the frame. Plural spraying devices(60) are installed at the inverse U-shaped pipe at regular intervals. A vertical pipe(50) is mounted in the center of the inverse U-shaped pipe and plural spraying devices(60') are installed at the vertical pipe. The spraying device comprises a spraying nozzle cylinder(61) having 2~4 spraying nozzles(63') spraying the different amount of liquid and a shaft pipe(62) where the spraying nozzle cylinder is rotatably installed. The spraying liquid fed to the shaft pipe and jetted through the spraying nozzles of the spraying nozzle cylinder is controlled by rotating the spraying nozzle cylinder around the shaft pipe.
