An electrical enclosure includes a body, a face, an outer junction, an inner junction, and a pass-through. The body has an inner surface and an out er surface that are separated without an opening. The outer junction is adjacen t the outer surface of the body. The inner junction is adjacent the inner surface of the body. The pass-through is at least partially contained within the body and i t electrically couples the inner and outer junctions.
