A red pepper dryer is provided to sterilize and dry red peppers in large quantities without a burner or hot air. A red pepper dryer(100) comprises: a drying room(10) made of plastic film; a plurality of tables(20) having a wicker tray(30) on which red peppers(200) are put; and a plurality of air blowers(40) which are installed above each table and send air to the red peppers. The wicker tray comprises: a bamboo layer(31) with a plurality of bamboos placed along the horizontal direction of the table; a hardwood charcoal layer(32) placed on the top of the bamboo layer; and a wicker tray screen layer(33) placed on the top of the hardwood layer.
