A rehabilitation training system including a pedal apparatus for reinforcing a lower part of a body is provided to enable a user to step on the pedals directly to reinforce a lower part of his/her body. In a rehabilitation training system including a pedal apparatus for reinforcing a lower part of a body, the pedal apparatus(10) includes a rotary body(110), a pedal(120) and a housing(130). The pedals are installed on both ends of the center of the rotary body. The housing includes a fluid receiving portion an electromagnetic field receiving portion. An insertion hole(133) is formed on one end of the fluid receiving portion to make a part of the outer circumference of the body received therein. A friction fluid that is cured by electrical signal is stored in the liquid receiving portion.
