PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the pain caused by coldness of grip parts of a steering handle and gripping handle of a motorcycle in front of a rider's seat and to improve the operability of a steering handle. SOLUTION: Heaters 11, 30 made up of a carbon graphite sheet 16 are mounted inside a grip 12 of a steering handle 10 or a grip 29 inside a gripping handle 28 of a rider's seal.
