A development guiding structure of a side airbag in a vehicle seat is provided to improve developing efficiency by reinforcing strength of a developing region of an airbag module and pressurizing a cover member sufficiently, thus forming a development pattern in a desired time when developing the side airbag. A development guiding structure of a side airbag in a vehicle seat, having a space region with a sewn pattern(40) located at a side of a seatback(200) in a developing direction of an airbag cushion, comprises a cover member(10) for absorbing a shock, installed in a seat cover(210) of the seatback and sewn together with the sewn pattern of the seat cover, a cover member(20) mounted to an airbag module, and a connecting member(30) fixing an end of the cover member(10) extended to the airbag module to the cover member(20). The connecting member further comprises a female part which has a hook shape at the end and a fixing projection inside of the middle portion, and a male part of a straight line shape having a fixing projection at an end to be fixed to the fixing projection of the female part.
