<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a videophone provided with a television broadcast receiving function whereby only a person executing videophone efficiently replies an incoming call without disturbing viewing of a person not executing the videophone when a plurality of persons view a program content. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of videophone systems are usable, the videophone system receiving the call connects a voice session at the arrival of a videophone call, and thereafter a desired videophone system is configured to establish a video session.
