PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display apparatus capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of a panel by removing transparent electrodes formed of ITO, and of improving blinking of a display image, and generation of a bright point. SOLUTION: This plasma display apparatus is composed by including: an upper substrate; first electrodes, second electrodes and a dielectric layer formed on the upper substrate; a lower substrate disposed facing the upper substrate; and third electrodes and barrier ribs formed on the lower substrate. The plasma display apparatus is characterized in that at least either of the first electrodes and second electrodes are formed as one layer; and the first electrodes or the second electrodes are continuously formed in at least one portion.
