PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor plate 9 mounted on a rotary component such as a damper hub or a damper measure, rotating together with the rotary component, provided with a sensing part 12 on a flange face 11, and reducing noise caused on the flange face 11. SOLUTION: This sensor plate is provided with the predetermined number of opening parts 13 on the flange face 11 to contract acoustic radiation area of the flange face 11. The opening part 13 is like a long hole being long in the circumferential direction. As for a shape of a beam on an outer peripheral side of the opening part 13, width in the radial direction of a central part 14a in the circumferential direction is comparatively small and width in the radial direction of both end parts 14b in the circumferential direction is comparatively large to prevent its breakage.
