PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator in which the oscillation circuit element in an oscillation circuit can be connected without using a special tool while ensuring high productivity, and the plane size can be miniaturized especially. SOLUTION: Lower leads 33, 34 and 35 being connected with an IC 70 are formed in a lower lead frame 31, and a portion 37 having a substantially rectangular plane formed by half etching the inner side partially by a predetermined amount serves as a circuit element mounting portion 36. An upper lead frame 51 on which an upper lead 54 having an upper connection terminal 57 and a supporting lead 55 are formed is bonded by insulating adhesives 88 onto a lower lead frame 31 having the IC 70 bonded onto the circuit element mounting portion 36 by a die attaching film 85 of insulator.
