PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a minute analytical result regardless of a place even under an environment capable of reading an HTML electronic mail. SOLUTION: In a data processor 12, a picture-file preparation section 13 prepares a PNG file when a chromatogram is prepared on the basis of data collected from an LC 11, and a picture-file registration processor 15 stores the file in a picture-file conserver 21 for a WEB server 2. An HTML file preparation section 14 prepares a report as the analytical result by an HTML document embedding the picture, and an electronic-mail transmitting processor 16 transmits the HTML document at a specified address by an electronic mail. When the electronic mail is opened at a client terminal 6 receiving the electronic mail, the picture is downloaded from the WEB server 2 and an analytical-result report sticking the picture is displayed.
