PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation on a cabinet by the steam discharged from a heating chamber. SOLUTION: Residual steam in the heating chamber 20 is discharged from a first exhaust port 65 to the external through a discharge passage 64 and an exhaust pipe 69 of a steam cap 61 from a discharge port 27. Here, a space 71 around the exhaust pipe 69 in the steam cap 61 is constituted to allow the cooled and dry air to pass through a circuit board 81. Thus the steam discharged from the first exhaust port 65 is surrounded by the dry air discharged from a third exhaust port 72 communicated with the space 71, a gas discharged from the first exhaust port 65 and the third exhaust port 72 is brought into contact with the dry air surrounding an outer side when the air is brought into contact with the cabinet 10.
