PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to manufacture a flexible abrasive product capable of remarkably reduce waste material and performing die cutting with high reliability to minimize a defect, the polished product and a manufacturing device. SOLUTION: This is to introduce the method to manufacture the flexible polished product 2, the polished product and the manufacturing method. The polished product is materially formed in a regular polygonal shape by die-cutting it from a material band material 1. At present, the polished product acquires the polygonal shape sides adjoining to each other of which materially have internal angles of 120 to 150°, and consequently, the die-cutting is carried out by making it at least partially correspond to the die-cutting of some pieces of the adjacent polished products. Accordingly, the die-cutting makes it possible to form partially continued cutting plane lines 4 considerable parts of length of which are common to the adjacent polished products on peripheral parts of the individual polished products.
