An apparatus for fermenting liquor is provided to ripen a liquor according to the kind without opening a commercialized product or processing with a separate additives within a short period of time, thereby drinking the ripening degree controlled liquor depending on personal taste and maintaining taste and flavor once the liquor is ripened even after the opening thereof. An apparatus for fermenting liquor comprises a lower container(10) which has an opening portion(11) at the upper end portion in which an engaging portion(12) is formed, and a stand(14) engaged by a bolt(15) with a fixture at the lower end portion; an upper container(20) in which an engaging portion(22) engaged with the engaging portion is formed inside of a guiding portion(21) and an article support(23) is loaded on the guiding portion to receive an article to be ripened(70); a vibration delivering plate(30) which is equipped at one side of a lower portion of the upper container to effectively deliver the content erection of the article to be ripened and the vibration of ultrasonic wave; a piezoelectric element(40) which is attached to the lower side of the vibration delivering plate to generate the ultrasonic vibration; a controlling portion which is equipped at the outside of the lower container and has a power source portion controlling the power source and a timer for controlling the operation of the piezoelectric element; and a catalytic agent(60) which is flown in the upper end portion of the upper container and fills up with one side lower end portion of the article to be ripened which is received using the vibration delivering plate as a bottom side and the article support as an upper portion. |
