A cylindrical screw drum bell for improving the particle size of construction wastes, removing mortar, and producing sand is provided to remove mortar by bumping the construction waste against a hitting projection unit with passing along the inner peripheral part of a body unit and to increase the mixing and crushing efficiency by spirally combining a guide with the inner peripheral part of the body unit between the hitting projection units. In a cylindrical screw drum bell(100) for treating construction wastes, a fixing ring(120) joined with a rotary shaft(121) is combined at one side of the screw drum bell and a support ring(130) is combined on the other side. A reinforcing ring(140) is joined between the fixing ring and the support ring. Plural perforated holes(160) penetrating through the inner and outer sides are integrally formed at a body unit(150) of the screw drum bell. A hitting projection unit(170) is combined between the perforated holes. A guide(180) is joined in a spiral form at the inner peripheral part of the body unit.
