FIELD: pipeline engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing, video camera mounted inside the housing, bushing that is made of a collet, is set inside the housing with a spaced relation to it, and receives the locking member made of rolled rubbed flexible plate locked by means of the flexible collet. The housing receives the drive for setting the collet in motion along the axis of the housing. The drive is made of a rope whose end is secured to the pin mounted in longitudinal grooves of the housing and locked within the flexible collet near its bottom. The illuminator is interposed between the video camera and unit inside the housing.
