PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder strap attachment facilitating attachment/detachment of a shoulder strap of an under garment such as a brassiere in a hot season such as summer or in wearing outer wear such as an evening dress, and prevented from improperly sliding out. SOLUTION: The shoulder strap attachment is designed so as to be attached or detached to or from the main body of a cup-attached ladies' garment, and comprises an attachment tool having a ring part having a prescribed thickness and attached to the end part of the shoulder strap, a shoulder strap attaching hole, an opening part and a holding strand, and a fastening tool having an almost S-shaped surface and provided with an arm part formed so as to be superimposed on the ring part of the attachment tool. The shoulder strap attachment is attached through engaging a protruding part or a through hole formed at the center part of the ring part at the side of the holding strand of one of the end surfaces of the attachment tool to a through hole or a protruding part formed at the center part of the fastening tool so as to cover the opening part of the attachment tool with the almost S-shaped other end part of the fastening tool.
