PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable harvester which can surely charge pulled and harvested crops into a receiving member such as a container without failing to discharge crops from the discharging port of a conveyance portion to roll the crops on the lower side of the conveyance portion. SOLUTION: This vegetable harvester manufactured by disposing a harvest portion 4 for nipping, conveying, and pulling out the foliage portions of root vegetables planted in a field in a rear oblique upper direction to harvest the root vegetables, on one of right and left sides of a machine frame, disposing a crop-putting portion 7 for putting the crops on a receiving container C on the other of the right and left sides of the machine frame, and disposing a conveying portion 6 for receiving and conveying the crops from the harvest portion 4 is characterized by attaching a comb type discharging chute 38e used for guiding the crops to the crop-putting portion 7 and having a plurality of spaces to the discharge port of the conveying portion 6.
