PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller capable of allocating a plurality of kinds and sizes of data to one FIFO memory. SOLUTION: The communication controller is provided with: a sharing and storing means 2 which can store data and is divided into a plurality of areas having an equal size; a division size storing means 4 for storing the size; a free address storing means 5 for storing a start address of a free area with no data stored therein among the plurality of areas of the sharing and storing means 2; writing parts 1a and 1b for writing data to the sharing and storing means and outputting the address of a write destination; and reading parts 3a and 3b for reading the data from the sharing and storing means 2 and outputting the address of a read destination, wherein the reading part 3a (3b) reads the data written by the writing part 1a (1b) in a written order.
