PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber mold having a smooth surface and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The fiber mold including a natural fiber and a thermoplastic resin is made so that the thermoplastic resin is composed of a high-flow thermoplastic resin and a low-flow thermoplastic resin, the low-flow thermoplastic resin is contained more at least on one surface of the fiber mold. In the method for producing a fiber molding composed of a natural fiber and a thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin composed of a high-flow thermoplastic resin fiber and a low-flow thermoplastic resin fiber is used and the low-flow thermoplastic resin fiber having a mass smaller than the mass of the natural fiber and the high-flow thermoplastic resin fiber is used. In a lamination process for mixing a natural fiber with a thermoplastic resin and laminating the mixture to give a laminate, a mixed material including a natural fiber, a high-flow thermoplastic resin fiber and a low-flow thermoplastic resin fiber is scattered, the high-flow thermoplastic resin fiber is laminated on the lower side and the low-flow thermoplastic resin fiber on the upper side.
