PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering device capable of increasing contact surface of an engagement section when converting the rotary motion of a rotating member to the axial movement of a rod. SOLUTION: The rotating member 11, to which revolving force of a motor 1 is to be transmitted, is connected to the rod 2 for steering the rear wheels through a connecting section to transmit the force from the rotating member 11 to the rod 2. The connecting section is structured of a spherical first recessed part 15 on the rotating member 11 side, a spherical second recessed part 16 on the rod 2 side, and a spherical body 14 interposed between the first and the second recessed parts so as to be engaged with both the recessed parts, which are respectively formed at a position displaced from a rotary shaft P1 of the rotating member 11.
