<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user recognize significance and passage of time of content by changing processing modes of the content according to the number of times of processing of the content. <P>SOLUTION: A control part, when processing of the content is specified, detects the number of times of processing of the content, for example, when the number of times of processing is five times or less, performs deterioration processing, when the number of times of processing six times or more and 19 times or less, performs normal processing and when the number of times of processing is 20 times or more, performs optimization processing. Thus, when the deterioration processing is performed to the content, the user is made to recognize that the content has low significance or the content in the past. In addition, passage of time to the content is expressed with reality.
