LOAD DETECTING DEVICE AND ITS METHOD OF MAKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately form a gap between a strainpart and a stopper without needing high machining precision as much as the conventional. SOLUTION: A load detecting device 1 is provided with a strain part 2b for generating strain by receiving load input from a load input part 2a and stoppers 5 and 6 for regulating straining by exceeding a constant range by the strain part 2b; wherein at least a part of the stoppers 5 and 6 comprises plastic deformation parts 3a and 4a composed of a plastically deforming material; while bringing a contact part 2c contacted on the stoppers 5 and 6 by being deformed together with the strain part 2b into contact with the plastic deformation parts 3a and 4a of the stoppers 5 and 6 or allowing them to position extremely near to them, the load of prescribed amount from the load input part 2a is input in the state and the plastic deformation parts 3a and 4a are plastically deformed by contacting the contact part 2c on the stoppers 5 and 6; and a gap of the size corresponding to the load of the prescribed amount is formed between the plastic deformation parts 3a and 4a and the contact part 2c.
