PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a terminal unit holder which can be locked. SOLUTION: The terminal unit holder 8 which is provided on a lower door 6 on the left side of a receiving tray 7 is provided with a terminal unit cover 23. In this case, the terminal unit cover 23 is freely turnable between a closed position for covering a cellular phone 20 being set in the terminal unit holder 8 and an opened position at which the terminal unit cover 23 is opened, and at the same time, can be locked when being closed at the closed position. The terminal unit cover 23 can be locked to the lower door 6 by using an electronic lock 24. A magnifying lens 23c is provided on the front surface plate 23b of the terminal unit cover 23, and the displaying screen 20b of the cellular phone 20 being set in the terminal unit holder 8 can be magnified and be seen from the outside of the terminal unit cover 23.
