Method for determination of functional activity of cells of peripheral blood includes fixation and dyeing of fresh-prepared blood smears, cytochemical reveal of respective index. Image of dyed cell is entered to computer and it undergoes digital processing by means of filter system, after that one carries out separation of dyed cells, determines area of cell (S), area of active (dyed) cytoplasm (Sa), optical density of cytoplasm (OD) and from formulaQIC=ODS/SOne determines integral index QІ value of which is directly proportional to functional activity of cells of peripheral blood. |
