<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine where machining to a machining work (two or more kinds of members) in which the two or more kinds of members having different machining properties are stacked can be performed as a single process, and to provide a method for producing a multilayer printed wiring board using the laser beam machine. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer printed wiring board 1 as a machining work is fixed and set to a machining table 51 in a laser beam machine 50. The laser beam machine 50 is provided with: a laser oscillator 52 of generating a laser beam LB1a; a laser beam oscillator 53 of generating a laser beam LB2a; an optical unit 62 for beam regulation of regulating the beam conditions in the laser beam LB1a and generating a laser beam LB1; and an optical unit 63 for beam regulation of regulating the beam conditions in the laser beam LB2a and generating a laser beam LB2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
