The invention provides a wrapping film which is made by using a polylactic acid as one of the main raw materials and can favorably function particularly as a small wrap film roll and which does not suffer from blocking even when stored in a rolled state and does not delaminate even when rewound into a small roll. A wrapping film consisting of a laminated film which comprises five essential layers, namely, a surface layer, a bonding layer, an intermediate layer, another bonding layer, and another surface layer in this order, wherein both the surface layers comprise a polyolefin polymer (A) as the main component; the intermediate layer comprises a polylactic acid resin composition (B) as the main component; and both the bonding layers comprises a modified polyolefin resin (F) as the main component.
