<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system which can perform correct authentication and maintain the safety of security without allowing information held by a portable telephone and a terminal device to be leaked out and used by a third person even if the portable telephone is lost or stolen. <P>SOLUTION: In the authentication system in which an authentication server 30 authenticates access of the portable telephone 20 to the terminal device 10, the portable telephone 20 comprises: an authentication requesting means including an individual identification data transmitting function, an individual identification data erasing function, a terminal identification data transmitting function and a terminal identification data erasing function to request authentication from the authentication server; a log-in application receiving means for receiving a log-in application sent from the authentication server when the authentication is obtained; and a log-in executing means for communicating with the terminal device by executing the log-in application to execute log-in to the terminal device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
