PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial endoscopic instrument by which inspecting work is performed by easily grinding a wide range regardless of the position and the state or the like of a part to be treated, and a grinding device. SOLUTION: The industrial endoscopic instrument 1 includes: an insertion part 3 which is equipped with an imaging means at its tip part 2a and in which a treatment tool inserting-through channel 3a is inserted; a grinding part 16 which is disposed in the treatment tool inserting-through channel and grinds an object to be ground by rotating in such a state that it extends out from the tip part; a weight 17 which is arranged at the tip of the grinding part and makes the rotating grinding part extend out from the tip part; and an operation part 4 which is equipped with a driving part 10 giving rotational driving force to the grinding part.
