The invention relates to a device for mixing moving media, in particular powder and liquid materials. The inventive device comprises a body, first and second shafts, first and second means for loading powder and liquid materials, means for forming a powder material flow, means for forming a liquid material flow and means for collecting and unloading a resultant product. The shafts are mounted in such a way that they are rotatable with different speeds, the powder material flow-forming means comprises an impeller which is placed above a plate and is provided with blades which a fixed to the plate by means of springs in such a way that they are enabled to vibrate along the plate plane. Said device also comprises a closed annular chamber which surrounds a deflector and is used for forming a water or vapour curtain and a screen which is rigidly mounted in the body above the plate. Said invention makes it possible to carry out high-efficient mixing and to obtain a resultant product devoid of balls and voids.
